Brookfield Zo0

Last night, Bob and I took Jessica to Brookfield Zoo for their Holiday Lights. This picture proves that, "It's a jungle out there".

Thanksgiving morning

For many years Jim and I have spent Thanksgiving morning celebrating in the woods with friends. We eat a breakfast of chili, eggs, biscuits and anything else you can cook on a camp stove. When we're done, I like to enjoy a cup of  hot glugg and a cigar. This year was no exception.

Give Thanks!!

Be thankful for all that you have. Be thankful for what you don't have. Sometimes, the greatest gifts are unanswered prayers.
